Hey everybody,

Within the past couple of days, there seems to have been an influx of discussion on certain hot button/controversial topics here and it's come to my attention that at least one member of Monkeeland staff has been contacted by a member stating that they feel uncomfortable with such issues being posted here.

While I feel that everybody did a pretty decent job of keeping discussion on the recent "evolution" thread civilized, I do understand that...

I've been using PayPal for some time, but I'm still not sure about how it works in some ways. I share it with family and we use it by charging the credit card. I'm interested in buying something from someone online, and he takes PayPal, but he said he can't accept it through the credit card for some reason. My little guy, Jacob, woke up this afternoon with 104 fever. He'd been fine all day. This seems to be an almost monthly occurance and it really has me worried. My husband has him at urgent care now. We tried to give him tylenol but he adamantly refused to take it. Please pray for him, and for strength for me. Thank you!

I hope I didn't post this already. It's one of those late nights on the computer again, and because I'm tired, my memory is slipping. Anyone remember this cheesy 80s show? Contestants would lip-sync to a song, be judged on it, and well, that was the show!! I remember watching it as a child. It could be considered one of the first reality shows.

I just got to work this afternoon and had no sooner clocked in for the day when a page came over the PA that I had a phone call....I just found out that my dad is in the hospital...I guess they've got him in Intensive Care....he's been really sick the past several days but felt well enough to make this trip that my folks had planned...but on the way he relapsed and they admitted him this afternoon.
My bosses have let me take as much time off as I need to help out...my mom...
