Tomorrow I will be having my Cardio Verson and will need prayers. I am scared but i know I will be fine.I wil be sated through it. Since I have a illregular heartbeat this procedure will help my heart rate to where it was. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME SO I KNOW GOD WILL BE WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\

Sorry I haven't checked in for a few days-we were away for Thanksgiving weekend and while I did have the laptop, my mother-in-law never gave me a chance to use it! I'm defintely glad to be back.

For thanksgiving dinner,I'll be making chicken & dumplings. I'll make the chicken and gravy seperatly and the dumplings will be in the steamer,then just ladle the chicken and gravy over it.
Sides will be the usual;mashed potatoes,stuffing,cranberry sauce etc,with pumpkin pie for dessert.

I spoke with Carolyn today and last night and she is in the hospital with an irregular heartbeat,she's had this all her life but they want to keep her until tomorrow so they can be sure to get it under control. I know she'll be fine but I am sure she wouldn't mind a little extra prayers and good thoughts right about now.

Yes, it's that time of year once again.

Time to take a jump to the left, and then a step to the right....but it's also the time in most parts of North America to turn your clocks BACK an hour.

So before you retire on Halloween eve with tummies full of trick or treat candy and werewolves howling outside, don't forget to give yourself an extra hour of sleep Sunday morning!

Gosh, I hope the witches and vampires don't get confused as to when...

Since it's almost that time of the year when children and adults go out and dress up then go trick or treating, I was wondering if anyone else will be dressing up as this year. Me, I am going as a dark jedi from Star Wars this year. Being a hippie 2 years in a row is getting dull lol.

I thought this would be a fun way to start. My band Boxboro just released and album and for our first single we did a Monkees tribute/remake. It's all in good fun. We didnt try too hard to look like the Monkees but thought it would be fun to try and capture that iconic feel of a Monkees episode....

I got a phone call from my mom this afternoon. My dad has stage 3 melanoma. It's been one of those days. I think it's going to be one of those weeks. The spot is on the top of his head so I'm not sure if it's operable or not; we'll find out when he sees the head and neck surgeon this week. Then it's onto the oncologist....
