Good point Molly. You never know when Monkeelanders will be meeting up - seems like there will be some Monkeelanders doing just that this week - and then some more of us in a different part of the country next month!

Yes, I believe with so many things happening with Lucy and other folks since the beginning of the year, these particular plans have currently been shelved.

However, one of the great things of moving about the party I call Monkeeland is one discovers venues and opportunities where we can meet and greet one another all throughout the year! And they can be arranged close to everyone's home town. Always good to start somewhere while we await a good opportunity where we can all...

For the newer members - a Monkeeland meet & greet is assumed to be strictly for Monkeeland members, as a way to get to know each other face to face. No plans have EVER been made to have Mike, Micky, Davy or Peter in attendance, except thru watching episodes of the show and/or concerts people may bring with them.

First weekend of August 08 = Friday the 1st, Saturday the 2nd, and Sunday the 3rd. I'm marking the days on my planner, now let's hope I remember to set aside money for it!

I'm sorry to hear that Karen. You've got a year and a half to save for the trip. That's what we have to do.

I missed it in '06 because I'd fallen and really messed up my left knee. Nothing's gonna keep me from this one.

Were gonna try to organize a Meet & Greet in Arizona in 2008. We do it the first weekend in August and I know ya'll think I'm crazy, but I have a feeling that we'll spend most of our time indoors in the hotel, so we should be fine.
