Bobby and I went to look at the water on Hwy 67 N today. It&#39;s bad, but not nearly as bad as the Hardy//Cherokee Village  and Batesville areas. If any of
you wanna see my pictures, they&#39;re in an album on my MySpace page. The Black River, which runs through
Pocahontas, is supposed to crest Saturday. This afternoon a levee broke up... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ They&#39;ve gone down some, Ray. Most roads in the area are passable now but some are still closed. Of the roads that are still underwater, the fear is what
the standing water has done to the pavement. There&#39;s one road close to here where an area of pavement washed out. They have gravel on it now. One of the
roads near where my Dad lives is still closed. ]]></description>

Yes, I had 40 acres and &quot;share-cropped&quot; with a farmer who sometimes planted rice on it. We did crop rotation, so he planted rice, wheat, soybeans,

			<description><![CDATA[ Right.... Black River here in Pocahontas has not even crested yet. At least they&#39;ve pumped the water from Wal-Mart parking lot and we can make it there
again. Bobby would have had to drive 60 miles out of the way, one way, to get to work today, so they didn&#39;t work. We don&#39;t know about tomorrow. As I
said, my world is really scary right now.

			<description><![CDATA[ Yup, an explosion at the meat packing plant at Booneville. And a man crashed not one, but TWO cars into a post office in Ravenden Springs here in Randolph
County. He drove one into the building, left the scene, got another car and drove it into the same post office. Apparently he&#39;s anti-government. Mike Von
Fremd from ABC News was here today. I guess they did a live remote from here on Good Morning America this morning.
