I wish that were true about Mr.Ruffles,Jill,but there was no sign on the road that he moved from the spot where he was found.

Love everybodies kitty pictures! Why is it I can never get enough of looking at cats? I've never seen a cat I didn't think was beautiful. Well, except for maybe the hairless kind, but knowing me I could fall in love with one of those too!

Ray, maybe Mr. Ruffles wasn't run over on purpose. Sometimes when animals get hit by cars, they drag themselves elsewhere and collapse. I would like to think that's what happened to Mr. Ruffles instead of the awful opposite....

Precious is the same coloring as Kizzy, but her face is Persian and she has a lot longer hair. She has blue eyes too, of course.

Thanks Cindy and Ray, yes the blue eyes are stunning.. I think Emma is getting camera shy now because everytime I go near her with the camera she runs away.

That is so sad, poor Jack. But I am glad that you took them in, Cindy, and at least Lily has got a loving home now with people who love her.

Black cats are fantastic. It looks like Jack and Lily were buddies. I also like the one where he looks like he's laid claim to that chair.

I'm going to try and go through some old photos and see if I can find one of Mr.Ruffles. He was my buddy. One of the things that will always make me smile is remembering how he used to get his paws muddy and walk all over Chrissy's white station wagon. Her car was covered with paw prints. And my silver car was always parked next to hers,but Mr.Ruffles would never touch mine.

Do you have any other photos of Jack to post? When did he get in that fight?

I remember now, Ray. Thank you for telling me again. Poor Mr. Ruffles. I feel for Chrissy because I still say to this day what if we brought Jack and Lily inside sooner. If we did, Jack probably wouldn't have gotton into a fight with that infected cat who gave him feline aides. It racks me, it really does because I keep thinking I could have prevented it all from happening. So I know exactly what's Chrissy is talking about.

When we had Mr.Ruffles,we had to put him on a diet,too. He really needed to lose weight bad. He did eventually lose the weight,but I don't think he was as happy.

He actually needs to go on a diet because his flab now sways from side to side when he walks.
