Ebay is definitely worth checking for possible deals. I've actually been checking Amazon's prices on and off for almost two years, and I've never caught it cheaper than this. Sad!! I might have to go to ebay for Season Two, because it's out of stock right now. I can't afford it yet though.

You will like Monkeeland, it's a lot of fun and it's nice to be surrounded by fellow Monkee fans. I've loved he Monkees since they first arrived on the scene in the 60's. I was pretty young but loved them from the start. Micky was always my favorite but I do love them all. I wish I could get my daughter to appreciate the Monkees (she's 12 going on 20)....

Probably the best place to find the Monkees tv series on DVD is e-bay. I've seen a new season two box set sell on e-bay for $60 and that included postage. Sure,alot of people can drive the price of Monkees items up through the roof,but there is always those times when a really great deal comes by.

Hi ,
Thanks for the info on the dvd of the Monkees. I wish I could afford the dvd set but being a stay at home mom I am limited in my funds and with the cost of everything else I have to think about having food and other necessities in life for my kids. Maybe one day I can find it at a reasonable price.

I've missed watching the show too, adjfan, and it doesn't come on around here either. I've had the Our Favorite Episodes DVD for a couple of years, and a few episodes on VHS. So I finally caved and bought the Season One set. Including shipping, it cost a bit over $80, which I have been avoiding having to pay, but, it is over $90...

Welcome I am new as well I just turned 45 on April 21. I have 2 boys 16 and on who just turned 12 on April 22. I am a Davy Jones fan. I was lucky enough to see the Monkees about 20 years ago although Mike was not with them. It was a great show. I have some of their LPs ( showing my age lol) and would love to ee the show again,but can not find it showing in my area. I try to come in daily but it does not always work out that way.
