Remember on ebay, each listing is by an individual person, and sometimes sellers neglect to examine things or tell details. And some sellers are dishonest. Anybody can go on there to sell. I've had a lot of good experiences, so I continue to take chances on there. But I've had a few bad ones too, so I am trying to be more careful.

I got that poster book in the box of Monkee items I bought on Ebay awhile back. But the posters have been on a wall, they have pinholes and fade marks. Ebay did not bother to list that some of the mags had pages cut out and the posters were not in the best of condition. But I would do it again, I definitely feel that I got my money's worth.

Angie, I have that same magazine! Thanks to ebay again. I was the only bidder, lucky me!

You guys aren't the only ones that regret throwing out stuff. When I was in high school, I threw away a ton of pin-ups and magazines I had from the 80s and early 90s. They weren't ruined, it's just that they were taking up so much space and I thought I'd outgrown it, so, out it went. About a year later, I started...

Seems like that happened to me,too,Sally. About 20 years ago when we moved to PA I remember magazines and clippings that I had stored had gotten water damaged. It wasn't bad and I did manage to save most of the paper,but it was a shock discovering the damage.

I had so many magazines that I started cutting out just the Monkee stuff and throwing away the rest. That was real smart, wasn't it? And I stored them in a cedar chest which got wet and somehow mice found their way into it. So I had to throw away lots of chewed up paper. A lot of it was okay though, but now I regret clipping them.

It's from a Monkees Posterbook that I own. They have four full-page photos of each Monkee and then four huge posters that are 16x21. This is Davy's full-pager.
