Now that being said, I would be in favor of seeing a fantasy comedy Monkees adventure film produced by a studio like Dreamworks (Shrek) and create the Monkees characters ala CGI.

In fact you can get the 4 guys to do the Voice overs.

Then they can work together without actually working together.

Mark Owen from Take That would make a good Davy, as would Mike Myers (except Mike is a bit too old).

I think Daniel Craig looks a bit like Peter but he would probably be too old.

Will Ferrel would make a good Micky but he's a little to heavy and, again, probably too old.

How about Clive Owen for Mike (he'd have to master the Texan accent though)

The guy who plays "Earl" on "My Name is Earl" just might make a good Mike. (I think his name is James Lee).
