She is a friend of mine from the fame forever message board and a huge David Jones fan. I told her we had many of those here and that she would fit right in! Please make her feel very welcomed here. Beth, this is a fun place and no grade school attitudes are here like what we've previously been witness to. A lot of the folks here are 1st generation Monkees fans, which you probably are too, I'm not for sure though. Welcome to our lovely place, Beth! I have to share computer time with my 2 boys so sometimes I just get to pop in and for a quick visit. It has been a busy month at my house so this is the first time I have been able to get in and stay foe a while. I love it here. And I am figuring out how to navigate around the room.

I have two sons also (ages 14 and 9-going-on-10), and I know just what you mean about having to negotiate for computer time! I usually post either when they're at school or after they go to sleep. (They go to sleep pretty early because my older son has to get up at 5:30 AM on schooldays and my younger son has gotten into the habit of getting up then too.) I have a story to tell you about your user name that I hope you will think is funny. After Cheri told us that you were a "huge David Jones fan," I figured out that it probably meant "a DJ fan," but when I had seen your username in the "Who's online" section of the screen a couple of times before that, I kept reading it as "adj. fan" and wondering if you were someone who really liked adjectives!
