Okay, I found it. It IS on a 45. It is an MGM record. It says special disc jockey record, not for sale. The other side is You're a Lady.

Sure,Sally. It's a song that is sung by Peter. Considering that there are not many Monkees songs sung by Peter,that hint should help.
