I've been watching American Idol looking for Micky in the audience or to be involved somehow, sincehe seems to like that show and was in the audience twice
last season and agreed to take part in the Stayin Alive montage from last season's Idol Gives Back show. Haven't seen him in the audience yet. But last
night, there was a montage of celebrities dancing and lip syncing to the original Monkees version of I'm A Believer, like they did last year to Stayin
Alive. So it was pretty cool to hear Micky's voice, even though he wasn't there.

Thanks! I did miss it. At least his voice was on the show. You know what would be fun to see? One week they should have former teen idols judge the singers on
American Idol. I could picture, Micky, Davy, Bobby Sherman or David Cassidy on the panel of judges. I'm sure it would never happen though as the formula
they are using (Paula, Randy and Simon) seems to work and they would probably not want to give their seats up to anyone!

That was very cute! I'm not an "Idol" follower (too much hype for me) but I would have watched had I known. Also, Kudos for the good work they

Wow, the video is up already. That was quick. It was nice to watch it again. And speaking of videos, I really wish someone who saw the Monkees Biography on tv
and recorded it would post clips of it on youtube, since I didn't get to watch the whole show and I still can't get the video on biography.com to work.
I'm kind of suffering from Micky withdraw here, being there hasn't been alot of current really good stuff (pics, vids, etc.) around on the net.

I was happy but annoyed. Idol used a monkees song, yet they had a monkee lip-synching last year. This time, they replaced with Ginger and baby from the spice
girls and camryn manheim from the practice shaking what her mom gave her.

It was great and a nice surprise to hear Micky when I wasn't expecting it. I'll take my Micky any way I can get him! Thank God it wasn't that
Shrek version of I'm A Believer.

Yep, that's the same thing I thought - ah-hah! They used the Monkees version. That was a good thing. Has it been twice/two years that Micky has been shown
in the audience? And now they played their song!
