"I'm a Believer " and "She Hangs Out." Of course, Cactus Flower was a Columbia Pictures film. I know I've heard instrumental versions of "Your Auntie Griezelda" on TV shows back in the '60s, one of them being "I Dream of Jeannie", but haven't found them yet on the web to post them. Interesting they chose Monkee songs to do this film. Posts: 165 (04/20/08 10:19 AM) Globetrotter Cravin' Kasem Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	What a cool thread, SGS7! - Now those are some pretty cool trivia finds! - I don't know these movies (Cactus Flower - heh, muzak versions of the Monkees' songs), but I know a way that more can be found: Go to IMDB profile of Bobby Hart, Tommy Boyce, etc simply look up Soundtrack section and see if they are credited in various TV shows, movies as songwriters. An NBC News report on the Summer of Love -1967 - ( broadcast in 1967 ) - around 22:30 or so you hear a bit of "Steppin' Stone" in the background as they talk about drugs. Drugs n' Monkees' music, naaaa - couldn ta' thunk it !

My parents had it, and of course I swiped it to listen to often. I think it was on the RCA label.... Rachael
