Mike should be very pleased because he is ranked right up there with other greats such as Gram Parsons,New Riders of The Purple Sage,Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and others.

Ray - would you mind printing the Top 20 list? I'd be interested to see where other albums fell.
Also, how was the article about Gene Clark and Life after The Byrds?? Thanks!!! lm Smashing, Simply

The Gene Clark article was really a good one. I'm a huge fan of The Byrds.

Fantastic! Thanks Ray!
I thought "Sweetheart of The Rodeo" might have been higher than #5, it was one of my favorites, as well as "Will The Circle Be Unbroken" by The NGDB. I guess I never considered Bob Dylan as "Country Rock" but more "whiny folk" It's really cool that Nez took #15, and like you said Ray, among the other "Greats". Although personally I would have been much happier if he'd have ranked higher than The Flying Burrito Brothers (w or w/o Gram Parsons!). IMHO only.

I love the Deluxe version of "Sweetheart of The Rodeo" by The Byrds. It's a 2 CD set and is really expanded upon greatly. Yes,I will admit I am a
Gram Parsons fan. He died at age 26,but look at the huge influence he had on music.
"Magnetic South" is one of the best early Nesmith solo albums,in my opinion. Such a classic!

Nice find, Ray. Nez deserves this acknowledgment, and so do some of those other artists.
