Syesha is a really pretty girl and I think she has a great voice too. However, I don't think she's going to win because she's always in the bottom
every week. I think either her or Jason is going to go next week and the final is going to be between the two Davids. David A. has a good voice but he's
just too young! His giggling and his mannerisms get on my nerves but I just chalk it up to his age. David Cook gets my vote.

Aww, oh well Brooke is out....I was hoping that someone would sing a Monkee song Neil Diamond wrote, though I did think what Simon said, that Brooke sounded a
bit kareoke-like with I'm A Believer. She was much stronger with I Am I Said. Er, without sounding silly, what other song(s) did Diamond write for the
guys? Was it A Little Bit Me????? Were there others too that he wrote?
And what about Paula - her critique began with saying Jason already did 2 songs, when it was only one. Anyone got any ideas why she messed up like that? Just what, tired? I was watching the View the following day, and the women were talking about the judges perhaps being able to eavesdrop on the songs in rehersal, and that she just got confused???

I had heard that the judges had been privvy to rehearsal too. Maybe that had something to do with Paula's blunder, who knows? AI wouldn't be AI without
some kind of to-do about Paula. I think it's in her contract
Oh, by the way--yes, Neil Diamond also wrote "A Little Bit Me"... The only other tune he wrote was the originally unreleased "Love To Love". That's a shame, too. I really like that song a lot, and it probably could have done well. Shane

I thought Neil Diamond also wrote "Look Out, Here Comes Tomorrow". I actually prefer that one over "A Little Bit Me...".

Did he? I seem to think so too. Is there someone who can tell us if he wrote that one too?

Oops, Nora's right. He did write that one, too.

Buh bye, Jason. He stood out like a sore thumb tonight.
And forgetting lyrics this far into the competition is pretty inexcusable. Shane

Unbelievable, I always knew Jason would be going home.

We all knew he wouldn't win, but Simon didn't have to be that mean. That wasn't even constructive criticism. A lot of the songs I didn't know
so I couldn't be sure if they forgot the words, but that one I caught instantly. At least he kept going and got back on track. I can't even
understand David Cook's lyrics half the time. Anyone who does must know the song to begin with. My son interpreted for me. I much prefer David A. He
lacks experience, but isn't that really what AI is all about anyway? At least I can understand him, and he is improving.

So now another one forgot the lyrics, yep he'll probably be the one out this week. I think it was "in the jingle jangle morning I'll come
following you" that he forgot. And that's part of the chorus in the song, meaning sung over and over!

Who loves "Hungry like the Wolf"/Duran Duran? I do! Who loves David Cook? I do!!!

There were choices tonight for all 3 of the remaining singers that I wasn't crazy about, but I'm pretty convinced it'll be the 2 Davids in the
finale.
I'm torn as to who will wind up winning, though. I'm rooting for Cook, but I can see it going either way. It'll probably be close like the Ruben/Clay finale from season 2. Shane

I expected it to come down to the two Davids. I should root for David Cook, as he auditioned in Omaha, but I just can't vote for someone whose lyrics I
can't understand. I knew the last song he sang and I still couldn't understand him. So I guess my vote goes to David Archuleta.

I want David Cook to win but David Archuleta seems like a nice kid. I agree, it could go either way. I was wondering..which of the two do you think Randy,
Paula & Simon want to win? I think it's David A. but sometimes the comments they give David C. makes me think they favor him.

I definitely think they favor David Cook.

I don't know if this means that they favor Cook more, but it seems like the judges never fail to bring up how young David A. is...as if that has
anything to do with it. You either have got "it", or you don't.
Have either of them ever been in the bottom 3 at any point this season? I don't seem to recall either of them there. Shane

No, neither of them have.

I hope Archuleta wins, but my mom loves Cook if a a teenager was in love with Zac Efron

Cook all the way. All though Archuleta has all those little girl voters, but hopefully Cook will win. I luff him

I don't think the 2 Davids were in the bottom 3 either. Either one has a market - Archuletta for the young girls, and Cook for rock, that's what I
figure.
But now here's something - the higher you go in the line up, one still gets a recording contract and then the top 10 go on tour....probably a few will be able to get recording contracts from the top ten. The year Taylor Hicks got it, Chris Doughtry (sp?) is heard more it seems to me......where is Hicks? Same with Studdard and Clay Aiken.....where do some of them end up? In a certain genre that isn't played on the radio???
