I would not like to be a major celeb these days having them follow you to your home, watch your every single move with their cameras, and sell those pictures just to make a quick $. It's disgusting and also invasion of privacy, which is highly illegal, but yet the paparazzi get away with it. Doesn't make sense to me. Didn't some star a long long time ago kill themselves because of the paparazzi stalking them? I can't remember who it was or not. But it's terrible the way they stalk these celebs. You know I'm mad when I make a ton of spelling mistakes in my posts. In regards to Cher, well she's always had the surgery done. To tamper with such things like that is not right in my mind (due to my beliefs), but then again, that's what 'most' stars do as part of the biz. I applaud the people in the 'biz' that have never undergone such a thing. The 'biz' is what creates all these anorexic, eating-disorder-type of people. Now what is really sad is Jennifer Gray (Baby on Dirty Dancing movie) had her nose-job that turned out to flop and practically ruined her career. And that picture does not look like Elvira. "Da biz", for all its self-praise over how open-minded and diverse and unjudgmental it is, possesses a rather vicious prejudice against talented women who do not physically age to its stringent specifications of what it considers "gracefully", and certain entertainers have amongst their demographics fans who set a very high store by appearance and image. As to the paparazzi, I'm sure celebs are aware that they are an occupational hazard, just as lack of privacy is. Wish some folks who try to hobnob with celebs for a living would be more intelligent and human about it, but then again, I wish the whole entertainment would be more like that. ^^^^^^^^^^^^ My fansite: The Monkees @ FashionState.Com Can you dig it?

In fact, she had run over someone's foot - tire right over the photographers' foot! Micky and Donna seemed to do pretty well with all that around them there. I watch TMZ on Fox and often there are so many flashes it looks so bright! I'm sure celebs get blinded for a minute! Rachael

I think the paparazzi is partially the cause of her unstable behavior. Imagine trying to live like that and be normal! The shows like TMZ and Entertainment Tonight report every little (and big!) thing that she does. I would have a breakdown if I heard a daily derogatory report about myself on every channel! Micky is probably fortunate that he isn't considered a celebrity on the A list anymore. He does get attention when he goes out but it isn't all over those shows nightly.
