I found alot of those posters over at this place- www.hippieshop.com/ But since I had limited funds, I decided to see if anybody on ebay was selling thee exact posters and sure enough....found every one. It was alittle over $100.00 dollars. The posters I already had were the authentic early 70's posters (the nixon and 7-up ones in the closet, the big black light poster in the middle of the room, the swirly black light poster up on the top, the monkees, traffic, love, hendrix [the one being blocked by the fan]). I think that's all. We have a few more hanging in this room-the computer room just cuz we ran outta wall space. El, you're too funny! But yeah, that poodle is kinda scary. *jumps up and down that everybody likes my room as much as I do*  Rachael, we're having a Monkee party so come on over!! Thanx tyson wolf. Today I added some music notes to the wall of my retro room. I bought them like 6 months ago and just haven't had the time to put them on the walls.
Does it make the room look too "busy"? Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that those Beatles Yellow Submarine figures were given to me by one of the children in my classroom parent for Teacher Appreciation Week. How cool was that? I think they were made in 1999.

I think it looks really nice, Cindy! My daughter is a big Beatle fan and many people know it and she got a Blue Meany figurine just like those from someone she
works with. I hadn't seen all of the before and after pictures of your room from last year until today and I am envious! It really is beautiful and I'm
sure anyone that comes to your house HAS to remark on it! Very cool!

Do you come across many lava lamps,Cindy? I've had two for over twenty years and I recall how expensive they were. Do they sell used ones near you? I saw
one at a flea market a few years ago and she wanted $30 for it.

Hey Cindy! Looks like the Yellow Sub figures were packaged differently in the States- I have all 4 as well, but they're in different packages (I
couldn't resist taking them out of the plastic, though, hehe). But in mine, John came with LOVE and the glove, Paul came with Jeremy, Ringo came with the
Sub, and George came with the Blue Meanie. I remember seeing on a website somewhere that the first set they put out had Paul packaged with Old Fred...
apparently those ones are pretty hard to find!
