You know, I feel really sick right now literally (animal abuse issue) 
I do not understand the morals and values of some people. I have neighbors that find it cute and amusing to let their dogs bark and bark for hours upon hours
upon hours without letting them inside. Well, that is highly illegal in my city.
Today I heard barking and barking coming from the backyard of one of the neighbors houses. I didn't know where it was at (at the time), however, when I went to mail my thinking of you cards and my sympathy cards tonight, I saw which dog was barking. One of my freaking neighbors found it cute and amusing to literally 'tie' his dog to a tree with a chain sooooooooooooo tightly that the dog could not move and was forced to sit upright. I'm assuming this was the same dog. As I was at the corner, I had my windows rolled down and was just appaulled at what I saw. Anyway I made a comment and then looked to the house and there was someone standing in the window looking at me. What an idiot! This neighbor has been reported numerous upon numerous times by different people for his dogs and his backyard is highly visible from a main street in our city. I just could not believe it. NO wonder I heard barking for five or six hours straight. Needless to say, when I returned home from my errands, the dog was unchained from the tree.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR these people make me so sick.
