I wish you nothing but success, my friend. On another note, I have said a prayer to St. Francis of Assisi for your Charlotte, Tom. It's not a selfish request at all. I understand what you're going through. And yes, love is tough when those closest to you are suffering. I was proud to be a United States citizen tonight as the neighbors on my cul-de-sac and I watched our local fireworks display. (I hadn't even known you could see it from our new house-how cool!) Anyway, I was standing with my Chinese-American, Japanese-American, Filipino-American and Jewish neighbors. And isn't that what America is all about? Edit in: Grrr...still don't have a "new topic" button and I can't just use regular reply in all the forums yet, but it seems that some of my "lost powers" are coming back. How odd. I got a DVD-R/VCR Combo and am dubbing the video now. I screwed up the first time and couldn't get it to play on the computer (I probably should used a DVD+RW instead of a DVD-R), so I'm trying it again with a DVD-RW. If I can get it to play on the computer, then I can try to share the scenes I was in. I also found a video that my fiance and I did on Halloween that I put onto DVD-RW. It has to be edited, but that one worked on the computer. It was ad-lib, our first attempt at a video, and spur of the moment so it's not the best video. We kept laughing, but we had fun and that's what counts. We're planning on trying again next year. I'm also going to bring my camera and my camcorder to an office Karaoke party in August and I plan to record when I sing so I can share that as well.
