The A&E Bio-Channel is scheduled to rebroadcast their Biography on The Monkees on Thursday, August 21st @ 7:00 PM (EDT)! Monkeemania!

.....and if one looks at Davy's website, you will find that this show has been nominated for an Emmy!! The Emmy awards will be on Sept 21st this year.
Could it be that history will repeat itself??? 
More importantly, could it be that they will be attending the awards show?

Thanks so much for posting this. I've never seen that bio before! I thought someone said on another post somewhere that it was a 2 parter. Is that true?

Hi Jill! On page 2 in this forum, you'll find a thread on the Bio show....
I had found a few clips from it on their website, so well, if you go to it, you'll probably find the clips are still there. I don't think it was a 2-part show, but I'm not sure as I haven't seen the full thing either.

No, it was not a 2-parter. However, A&E is doing a biography of Davy, so that could be considered Part 2!

Somewhere I read that the whole season of Bio is nominated for an Emmy, but that can't be so, can it?
