Baking is well underway over here! Phew! My friend and I are baking up a storm for a bake/craft sale on Saturday, and making some extra to have on hand for Christmas visitors. Tonight we made raspberry squares, pineapple log (which she took home to finish since I forgot to buy marshmallows!), fudge, and I made my reverse chocolate chip cookie dough, and will bake the cookies tomorrow. The red and green chocolate I used is already making it look super festive! I can't wait to bake them. We worked quick.... all that in about 2 hours or so, after we went out for dinner and a grocery store run for supplies.
