To Mike, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar

To think, in 1967
I got to glimpse a piece of heaven
coal black hair and a leather jacket
riding a cycle that made a big racket
"Oh, Mike, you ride a bike" I panted
and I climbed on behind you, completely enchanted
and I couldn't resist, I nibbled your hair
and whispered to you, "Mike, I double dog dare
you to run over Micky with your fabulous bike
he's too skinny for tights, not the type I could like"
and we laughed and we circled around and around
until we were tired and we ran Micky down
and just for good measure took out Davy and Pete
and rode out of the laundromat into the street
leaving to heaven three freaked out dopes
who couldn't say anything but soap soap soap soap.
