I posted this in the "Help" section, but I thought I'd post here as well incase a few more eyes might see. I'm planning a trip to Europe in July which will include Paris. Obviously the guys were at the tower, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any specific places they were at, like the park they walked around or the pool scenes where Davy and Peter were, etc. Thanks to NoraLou and Shane who have already tried to help. I do appreciate it! Think I'll go watch the episode again and see if I can recognize anything after all the research I've done. Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

It sounds like a good idea. I know they are at Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower obviously, at one point but I would have to watch the episode to know exactly where. The only thing I can think of is to look closely at some street signs, I think you see them in the part where the Micky doesn't have his shirt on in the street scenes. My personal view is that Paris has not changed that much for some of those scenes.

I sat down with the episode and my computer this morning and went on a searching frenzy using the information everyone has been nice enough to offer. I believe I've found one particular street, marked by a certain restaurant visible in the episode (Au Pied de Cochon), and the cemetery that Davy and Micky were in as well (Montparnasse). I'd love to find the pool and park, but have no idea where to even start with those. There are a couple locations marked by street signs that I've asked a few people at Couchsurfing.com about that are locals to Paris. It should definitely be an interesting trip. Can't wait to tell my niece "we have to go there because the Monkees were there". LOL Being 25 and not into them, she'll LOVE that! (She knows I'm a bit on the goofy side, though, so I think she'll allow it.) Thanks again!!
