I've been feeling crafty lately, and I'm itching to show it off!
Duck Hunt lamp (made from a cardboard 1.5 scale replica game cartridge, NES "Zapper" gun, and thrift shade with fun foam cut outs) :
Slide lamp (made from slides of Venice and a swivel arm lamp base...very time consuming to punch all the holes in the slides and connect them all with jump rings!) :
T-shirt quilt (made from a bunch of my old t-shirts and some scrap fabric! Mommy helped me with this one. My first quilt!
I love this quilt. Functional... plus all the memories in it... I have memories of each shirt; be it where I got it, who it was from, or when I wore it... and then the bonus memory of making it together with my mom!
Now I'm debating what to make tomorrow.

The slides lamp even seems
museum-worthy! --And you're telling us you made all of them in just one week? It took me almost 2 months just to write my recent concert review (lol) and
would probably take me a whole lot longer to do anything as intricate and complicated as the stuff you've done! (That is, if I even had the talent
to come up with and execute anything like that -- which, sadly, I do not.
