10 Things People Don't Know About You 
I don't remember if we've ever done this on Monkeeland or not. I'll start.
1) I had a stroke when I was 3 months old.
2) I was a strawberry blonde as a child.
3) In high school, I was part of a Sha Na Na type band called JukeBox. I sang, and played guitar, keyboards and drums.
4) I'm right handed, but I play guitar and deal cards left handed.
5) I had a pet duck while growing up in New York City.
6) I never learned to drive.
7) I love mixing Coca-Cola and chocolate milk together.
8) I am distantly related to the Everly Brothers and Wayne Newton.
9) I love listening to show tunes.
10) A poem that I wrote was read on the air by a popular New York City radio deejay (I still have a recording of it, that the deejay sent me!).
-- Except I can't find things that way either, and that's one of the constant aggravations of my life!
I don't really want to or intend to be sloppy, and I vow over and over again to
change my ways and become more organized. Occasionally I make some progress on that front, but I'm a terrible backslider too, and now that I've been
working 4 days a week, I have to say that the situation in my apartment has gotten a whole lot worse!
