Posts: 63 (05/13/09 5:14 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Turner Classic Movies will be showing the Herman's Hermits' movies 'Hold On!' and 'Mrs. Brown, You've Got A Lovely Daughter' on July 9th, 2009. 'Hold On!' will be on at 9:15 AM and 'Mrs. Brown' at 10:45 AM. And of interest, the movie 'Get Yourself A College Girl' which features the Dave Clark Five will be shown the same day at 2:30 PM. BROWN: I bought that on VHS in 1985. It cost $75.00 then. It recently broke when the tape snapped. I can't wait to see these movies again. Somewhere I have DC5 Having a wild weekend. I've been looking for these films for years. You can't find them on DVD or even VHS now. I wish they'd also play the old DC5 film "Having a Wild Weekend." I have an old legal VHS copy of "Having a Wild Weekend" but the only DVD of it I've ever seen out there only plays in the UK. And I doubt it's a legal copy. I actually saw "Having a Wild Weekend" in the theater when I was a kid in 1965. I think it was originally called "Catch Us If You Can" after the DC5 song that plays during the opening credits of the film. At least that's the title I remembered seeing on the big screen in 1965. Among the films are 'Hold On!' and 'Mrs. Brown, You've Got A Lovely Daughter' starring Herman's Hermits, 'Get Yourself A College Girl' with the Dave Clark 5 and the Animals, 'Beach Party' with Frankie and Annette, even a couple of Man From U.N.C.L.E. movies, 'To Trap A Spy' and 'The Spy With My Face'.
